I don’t get the error anymore. But I still get the regular tooltip.

I read something on this page about showing the tooltip in front of other elements. You wrote this piece of code:

Maybe this is what I need to do to get it working. Where do I have to put this code? mbtooltip.js or in my header.php?

I theink the error is in the first lines of your initialization:

not: $=("[title]"). ...
but: $("[title]"). ...
